• Second Thursday Creative Series-Currently on hold due to Covid-19

    Together Time for the preschool and elementary-aged child and an adult friend - 5:30 - 7:30 p.m. every second Thursday, a fun-filled evening of themed hands-on activity stations, a food craft, always a live musician, and the ever-popular bowl of Culvers Custard. In 2019 the Museum PUMPED UP Second Thursdays by making them FREE ADMISSION for all thanks to wonderful sponsors and bringing in a host of partners such as the Peter White Public Library, the Liberty Children’s Art Project, and GEI Engineers … monthly themes have included: Princesses and Pirates, Valentine Bash, Family Science, Extraordinary Super Heroes, DIG’IN those Dragons and Dinosaurs, Blockbuster movies, Buga Palooza, Get to know the MSO, Fort-a-Rama, Halloween Costume Party, FABULOUS Frozen Fun, JO-KAY Corral comes to the Museum, and All Aboard Polar Express. Current support comes from: Culvers who provides free custard, MI Council for Arts and Cultural Affairs, and the Max and Phyllis Reynolds Foundation and a host of monthly sponsors.

    Children’s Museum Ticket

    Please note, members will be required to show verification of their membership to use any Member-priced tickets. Infants under the age of two are free and do not require a ticket. Masks are legally required for anyone over the age of four.  We will be enforcing the Governor's Executive Order No. 2020-147.
